Int _To_Real
Convert 16-bit integer into floating
number

Explanation of the instruction:
Int_To_Real is used for converting the signed 16-bit integer into 32-bit floating number.
When EN is on, the signed 16-bit integer S value is converted into the 32-bit floating number which is stored
in D device and S value keeps unchanged.
